Terms and Conditions AA99 – General Platform Terms of Use

01 Acceptance of Terms

Use of the platform AA99 is subject to full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, of the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each game mode or betting type available on the platform.

By completing your registration on AA99, the user confirms that:

• Has full legal capacity to enter into electronic contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Has read and agrees to all terms in this document;
• The information provided during registration is truthful, complete, and up to date;
• Will use the platform for entertainment purposes, and not as a primary or expected source of income.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register with AA99 and use the platform's services, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be an individual resident in Brazil;
• Hold a valid and active CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Not be enrolled in an active self-exclusion program on the platform or on any applicable restriction lists;
• Not have a previously closed account due to a violation of these terms.

One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only a single active account on the AA99. Creating multiple accounts under the same holder — whether using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or banking details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved, with possible retention of balances pending verification.

Responsibility for Information

The account holder is solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of the registration details provided on the AA99. If any details change — such as your phone number, address, or banking information — you must update your profile immediately to avoid issues with withdrawal processing and support communications.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

The AA99 may request identity verification from the user at any time, particularly in the following situations:

• First withdrawal or withdrawals above a certain amount;
• Change of banking details;
• Activation of bonuses or special promotions;
• Detection of unusual or suspicious activity on the account;
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Documents that may be requested include: a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), a recent proof of address (issued within the last three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

While the verification process is underway, the AA99 may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing. Betting and games remain available during this period unless otherwise indicated.

04 Deposits

The AA99 accepts deposits made through the following payment methods available to users in Brazil:

All deposits at AA99 must be made by the account holder themselves. Using third-party payment methods — including cards or bank accounts in someone else's name — is strictly prohibited.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at AA99 are available to all users with a verified account and available wallet balance. The general conditions are:

• Primary method: Pix — processed in under 10 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays;
• Minimum amount: R$ 20.00 per request;
• Destination account holder: must be the same CPF registered on the platform;
• Withdrawals via boleto or TED: processed within 3 business days;
• No withdrawal fee for most available methods.

Bonus Balance vs. Real Balance

The wallet of the AA99 distinguishes between real balance (from deposits and converted winnings) and bonus balance. Only the real balance may be withdrawn at any time. The bonus balance is subject to the wagering requirements of each promotion before it can be converted to real balance and requested for withdrawal.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

The AA99 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback, free bets, and other incentives to its players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which take precedence over the general provisions below in the event of a conflict.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be redeemed once per account holder (CPF, IP address, device, or banking details);
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for each promotion must be met within the timeframe specified in the individual offer;
• Cancelled or voided bets, bets with odds below a specified minimum, or bets placed on excluded markets may not count toward meeting the rollover requirement;
• The AA99 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, with prior notice published on the platform;
• Bonuses obtained through duplicate registrations or fraud will be canceled and the corresponding balance removed from the account.

07 Sports Betting & E-sports Rules

Sports Betting at the AA99 cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA/UFC, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Free Fire, Rainbow Six Siege), basketball (NBB), and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets:

• Minimum bet: R$ 1.00 per selection;
• Multiple bets (accumulator): permitted, with multiplication of the odds for each selection;
• Live odds: subject to continuous variation — the odds confirmed at the time the bet is placed are the ones that apply;
• Cancelled or suspended event: bets are voided and the amount is returned to the player's balance;
• Official result: the AA99 uses the official final result published by the relevant governing body for each sport to settle bets.

Live Betting

In live betting, odds are updated in real time. The AA99 may temporarily suspend bet acceptance during high-volatility moments in an event — such as penalty kicks, goals under VAR review, or decisive moments in e-sports matches. Bets accepted before the suspension point are honored at the confirmed odds.

Odds Errors

Should the AA99 identifies that odds were published with an obvious technical error (a value clearly out of line with the market), it reserves the right to cancel bets placed at the incorrect odds and return the wagered amount to the player, regardless of the event outcome.

08 Jackpots and Casino Games

The casino games, slots, and jackpots available on the AA99 are provided by internationally certified companies — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Playtech. All games operate with random number generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories.

• The RTP (return to player) values for each game are set by the provider and made available in the game's internal rules;

• Jackpot payouts are not subject to rollover requirements, unless the prize is won using an active bonus balance;

09 Player Conduct and Acceptable Use

• Not attempt to exploit technical flaws, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities for personal gain;
• Not engage in any action constituting money laundering, use of illicitly obtained funds, or violation of applicable Brazilian law;
• Not to create or use accounts on behalf of third parties;
• Treat the support staff at AA99 with respect — abusive behavior may result in restricted access to priority support.

The AA99 continuously monitors usage patterns and reserves the right to investigate and act on suspected fraudulent behavior, including preventive account suspension and balance retention during the investigation.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team at AA99. Any available real balance will be returned after identity verification and processing of any pending withdrawal.

The AA99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Use of multiple accounts by the same holder;
• Fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, or attempts to manipulate outcomes;
• Well-founded suspicion of criminal activity, including money laundering;
• Request by the user themselves via self-exclusion.

11 Responsible Gaming

The AA99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and the well-being of its players. The following tools are available to all users in the account dashboard:

• Session alerts: configurable session-time alerts;

12 Limitation of Liability

The AA99 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets or games played on the platform, which are inherently uncertain in outcome;
• Third-party technical failures — such as internet network instability, banking failures in Pix processing, or unavailability of game provider services — when outside the platform's direct control;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the account holder sharing their own credentials;
• Losses resulting from use of the platform in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

The AA99 will make every effort to ensure continuous platform availability, but does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or events beyond its control.

13 Changes to These Terms

The AA99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via the registered email address and through a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes will be considered tacit acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before they come into effect.

14 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the regulations applicable to the online betting and entertainment sector currently in force in the country.

Any disputes between the AA99 and its users will be subject to mediation or the competent judicial authority in Brazil. Users who believe they have been harmed may also file a complaint through official Procon channels or the portal consumidor.gov.br.
